It is a construction system, produced by combining the ceiling and base profiles manufactured by using HekimStructureRobot technology combined with bearing corner, C - U profiles, bolted and screwed joints.

Ceiling & Base

Ceiling & Base

Ceiling: Galvanized steel profiles are installed with bolted connection. The outer surface of the ceiling is covered with natural galvanized trapezoid sheet and the inner surface is covered with PVC paneling.
Base: The carrier system base, which is formed by combining galvanized steel profiles with bolted and screwed connections, is covered with Hekim TPO membrane on HekimBoard Natural Cement Plate.

Insulation

HekimPor (EPS) is used for insulation of sandwich wall panels.
In roof insulation, glass fiber mattress is used.
